Iguana is committed to upholding ethical business practices and eradicating modern slavery from our operations and supply chain. We are a small business, but we believe that all businesses have a responsibility to ensure fair and ethical treatment of workers throughout their supply chains.

Iguana has a zero-tolerance policy for modern slavery, human trafficking, and forced labour. We are committed to:

• Complying with all relevant      legislation, including the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.
• Conducting due diligence on our      suppliers to identify and mitigate potential risks of modern slavery in      our supply chain.
• Building strong relationships      with our suppliers and encouraging them to adopt similar ethical      practices.
• Providing training for our      employees regularly.

We conduct risk assessments on our existing and potential suppliers. This includes:

• Reviewing supplier information,      such as their policies and certifications.
• Requesting information about      their labour practices, including recruitment, working conditions, and      wages.
• Conducting supplier audits      where appropriate (consider replacing "where appropriate" with      "to the best of our ability as a small business" if resources      are limited).

We are committed to raising awareness of modern slavery among our employees. We provide training to help them understand the signs of modern slavery and how to report any concerns they may have.

Iguana encourages employees and stakeholders to report any concerns they have about potential modern slavery in our business or supply chain. We have a whistleblowing policy in place that protects workers from any reprisals for reporting concerns.
