Carbon Reduction Plan

 Iguana Ltd has begun assessing its carbon footprint, focusing on direct and indirect emissions. As a small IT consultancy, our primary sources of emissions include company transport and office operations.

• Scope 1: Direct emissions from company-owned electric vehicle.
• Scope 2: Indirect emissions from purchased electricity for co-sharing office space.
• Scope 3: Business travel, employee commuting, IT equipment use, and waste disposal.

• Scope 1: 0.5 tCO₂e (single electric car for business travel, assuming 15,000 miles annually at 0.033 kg CO₂e per mile)
• Scope 2: 1.2 tCO₂e (electricity consumption in shared workplace, estimated at 4,000 kWh annually at 0.3 kg CO₂e per kWh)
• Scope 3: 3.0 tCO₂e (business travel, remote work energy consumption, IT procurement, and waste management)
• Total Emissions: 4.7 tCO₂e

Iguana Ltd is committed to achieving net-zero emissions by 2050, with an interim goal of reducing total emissions by 50% by 2030, using 2025 as the baseline.

Sustainable Transport:

• Maintain a single electric vehicle (EV) for business travel.
• Encourage employees to use public transport and active commuting (cycling/walking).

The Carbon Reduction Plan has been approved by Iguana Ltd's board of directors and will be reviewed annually to monitor progress and update strategies as necessary.

Iguana encourages employees and stakeholders to report any concerns they have about potential modern slavery in our business or supply chain. We have a whistleblowing policy in place that protects workers from any reprisals for reporting concerns.
